When To Get This Service
Adhere to these mileage or time intervals to ensure essential systems stay cool, clean, and protected against corrosion.
Recommended fluid-replacement schedule:
- Transmission fluid — flush every 45,000 miles or 3 years for smooth shifting, or as recommended by your manufacturer
- Brake fluid — every 30,000 miles or 2 years (check your manufacturer’s recommendation), and whenever brakes are serviced
- Coolant/antifreeze — replace every 30,000 – 50,000 miles, depending on climate and OEM spec
